Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not issue refunds. Only exchanges.

We gladly welcome exchanges on all purchases within 7 days of product delivery. Exchanges for defective merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic and international orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may only exchange it within 7 days of product delivery.

All items must be unworn with all tags intact. Simply emailing us at iamherapparel@gmail.com with your order information for an exchange authorization. Once you receive the authorization, please send it back to us. You can obtain additional return or exchange information by emailing us at iamherapparel@gmail.com. 

Exchanges

Exchange Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
